Pay by purchase order
We accept all major credit cards but if you'd like to pay via a different method, please use the instructions below:
1. Fill your cart with the items you want to purchase
2. Go to the checkout screen and begin the checkout process
3. When you get to the payment section, select "Purchase Order or Pay By Phone". We will contact you regarding payment after we receive your order.
(Note that net 30 payment terms may be available and are evaluated on a case by case basis. Municipal orders are automatically approved for net 30.)
Tax-exempt orders
1. Fill your cart with the items you want to purchase
2. Go to the checkout screen and begin the checkout process
3. The tax-exempt checkbox will show up after you enter your address. If we don't already have your tax-exempt certificate on file, we will contact you.
Use your own shipping account
Our checkout page automatically calculates UPS Ground shipping based on the weights and dims of your order. However, we are happy to charge shipping directly to your own company shipping account (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc), if you'd like.

Large orders which require freight LTL delivery
We ship out large orders on a daily basis and our shipping department is experienced in getting the best rates possible and accommodating a variety of delivery locations and accessorials such as lift-gate etc.
Our checkout page is able to give automatic freight quotes for orders over 300 lbs but feel free to contact us if you'd like a more personalized quote.
How our shipping rates are determined
Our website takes the weights and dimensions for the products in your cart and requests actual rates from UPS from the closest of our warehouses to your shipping address. If your order is over 300 lbs, you'll also be supplied with a Freight LTL rate.

Return policy
If a product is defective, it can be returned at our expense. Otherwise, it can be returned at the customer's expense subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us to initiate any returns to make sure it is returned to the correct warehouse location.
